This 5 page paper presents a hypothetical situation of a company with a number of problems related to human relations, which are identified. The most critical problem is the CEO's sudden terminal illness. The writer identifies the problems, provides a self-analysis of personal skills as a consultant and determines which problem the consultant will resolve - succession planning.
